What is the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?

A full refund will be made for cancellation or rescheduling requests received 5 or more business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Cancellation or rescheduling requests received 1 to 4 business days prior to the course start date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the full cost of course registration. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the full cost of course registration. Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time without penalty.

All requests made by registrants to cancel or reschedule their individual registrations must be received by email or other written communication.

Agile University reserves the right to make changes in course schedules, dates, locations and accommodations and will make every effort to notify students at least 5 or more business days prior to the course start date. Agile University and Rally Software are not held responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in case of cancellation or rescheduling of an event by Agile University.

Do I Become Certified After Attending a Course?

Yes. Agile University by Rally issues certificates of completion after each class. In addition, some courses are eligible for certification by organizations such as Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile Academy. Please visit each organization’s website for additional information on certification requirements, renewals, and associated benefits. Initial certification and exam fees are included as part of your course registration.

How Do I Apply for PMI PDU Credits?

Learners may apply for PDUs through Project Management Institute (PMI). Visit https://ccrs.pmi.org/search/ to find eligible activities. Rally is a Registered Education Provider (#3156). Courses offered through Agile University by Rally fall under the same PMI Provider ID.

Select “REPs” from the drop-down menu under Activity and Provider Search and enter “Rally” in the search field. Select “View Provider’s Activities” on the next page. Contact [email protected] if you need help finding the appropriate course or Activity.

What Form of Payment Can I Use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club for online registrations via agileu.com. Credit card payment is preferred. If an invoice is required, please write to [email protected].

Are Meals and Snacks Provided During Training?

Yes. A continental breakfast, lunch, snack items and beverages are served daily. Agile University also makes every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions based on the information provided during registration.
