CA Technologies acquired Rally in July 2015. The Rally products and services have been rebranded to CA to deliver a unified voice to the market and provide consistency for our customers. Even though we have a new name, our commitment to empower our customers on their agile transformation journey remains the same.
Yes, your certificates of completion issued by Rally Agile University remain valid, as are certifications by independent organizations such as Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile Academy that you received by doing a class offered by Rally Agile University.
Yes, you don’t have to currently use CA products at your organization to enroll in a class.
I thought CA Technologies’ classes were primarily product training. Is that true for CA Agile Academy?
Many of the classes offered by CA Agile Academy enable you to expand your agile skill set and become certified in agile to enable your organizations agile transformation, whatever products or solutions you may use in your company. CA Agile Academy also offers product training on the CA Agile Central platform.
A full refund will be made for cancellation or rescheduling requests received 5 or more business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Cancellation or rescheduling requests received 1 to 4 business days prior to the course start date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the full cost of course registration. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the full cost of course registration. Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time without penalty.
All requests made by registrants to cancel or reschedule their individual registrations must be received by email or other written communication.
Agile Academy (formerly Agile University) reserves the right to make changes in course schedules, dates, locations and accommodations and will make every effort to notify students at least 5 or more business days prior to the course start date. Agile Academy and CA Technologies are not held responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in case of cancellation or rescheduling of an event by Agile Academy.
Yes. Agile Academy (formerly Agile University) issues certificates of completion after each class. In addition, some courses are eligible for certification by organizations such as Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile Academy. Please visit each organization’s website for additional information on certification requirements, renewals, and associated benefits. Initial certification and exam fees are included as part of your course registration.

CA Technologies (formerly Rally) is a Registered Education Provider (#3156). Courses offered through Agile Academy (formerly Agile University) fall under the same PMI Provider ID.
